Terms and Conditions

  • We accept payments via direct debit only.
  • Up-front installation payment is required before any equipment is installed.
  • After you submit this form you will receive a link from our merchant, inviting you to sign up for direct debit.
  • The up-front installation charge, and the monthly charge will be displayed for your approval.
  • If you do not have sufficient funds in your account and your direct debit fails, a $5.50 dishonour fee is applicable.
  • Once we have received your up-front payment, we will contact you to make an appointment for the installation.
  • Lead time for installation can be up to 10 business days.
  • The installed equipment must only be used for emergencies. Occasional test calls are ok. You must not use the service for normal, everyday calls.
  • If you wish to cancel the service, we require one months’ notice.
